Overview: Plans and apps

To power your organization with Personio, you can purchase our Core plan. The Core plan covers all the powerful products, features, and infrastructure you need to run your organization. The Core plan comes in two versions: Core and Core Pro.

To further customize Personio to your needs, you can then choose from a wide portfolio of apps. Each app gives access to powerful functionalities that help you unlock your organization's full potential.

Personio Payroll

Personio Payroll is an all-in-one solution that combines HR and payroll in one place. Built-in compliance and real-time data synchronization ensure all payroll data is accurate the first time.

Depending on how many jobs you want to publish, you can select the Small, Medium, or Large version of the app. They allow you to publish 5, 25, or unlimited jobs, respectively.

Conversations

Personio Conversations is a workplace requests tool that provides your internal service teams with a centralized place to manage employee requests and deliver support at scale.

With Conversations Lite, you can:

• Manage internal and external collaborators.
• Gather analytics on your team's workload and progress.

With Conversations Standard, you have access to our Knowledge automation feature:

• Personio Conversations' AI automatically answers repetitive questions and refers to the relevant documentation.

Whistleblowing

This app helps you keep your organization safe and compliant. 

Employees and external parties can submit whistleblowing reports and receive updates without having to reveal their identity.

• Each report lands in an anonymous postbox that is protected by a password.

Personio Surveys

Personio Surveys allows you to manage employee engagement through surveys. You can:

• Download results in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Share results either via custom reports or automated reports for supervisors.

Compensation Management

Compensation Management allows you to run salary reviews efficiently and at scale. You can:

• Set up and run salary reviews across your entire organization.
• Enable supervisors to propose salary increases for their direct reports.
• Enable supervisors to review and approve other supervisors' salary increase proposals (only those supervisors who report to them according to the Personio Org Chart).
• Update the employees' salaries to reflect the new salaries in the employee profiles.
