Compensation Management
Compensation Management allows you to run salary reviews efficiently and at scale. You can:
- Set up and run salary reviews across your entire organization.
- Enable supervisors to propose salary increases for their direct reports.
- Enable supervisors to review and approve other supervisors' salary increase proposals (only those supervisors who report to them according to the Personio Org Chart).
- Update the employees' salaries to reflect the new salaries in the employee profiles.
