The Personio career page
The Personio career page is a separate website with the jobs published in your Personio account. Candidates can apply for these jobs using an application form. This creates a candidate profile in your account.
You must decide how you want to connect your corporate career page to Personio. If your company does not have a corporate career page, you can create one using Personio.
Once you have set up your Personio career page, you can customize it and style it to match your corporate design. You can add custom elements such as your logo and a header background image, and adjust the font and colors.
You will also need to set up your recruiting email communications settings.
Create and publish jobs
Now that your career page is ready, you must map your company recruiting processes. You will need to think about the steps your candidates usually go through. You can then configure them in recruiting stages and categories.
You can now start creating your jobs in Personio. You can then promote them on your career page or on external job boards. This saves time as you do not need to manually create job offers on multiple channels. You can also automatically post jobs on different job boards for free.
