- The data privacy statement contains detailed information about your company.
- The retention period for candidate data specified in your data privacy statement corresponds to the retention period you have defined under Settings > Recruiting > Recruiting > General > Data privacy settings (Anonymize after).
Email settings
- If you use your company's internal recruiting email address for your candidate communication, you have set up a redirection to the company's recruiting email address. You have also set up the connection to the company email provider either via direct integration or via SMTP.
If you have Productivity Plus:
- You have activated the autoresponder for applications that were submitted via the application form and via email. This should be activated for each recruiting category.
-
If your email templates contain gender variables (For example: Dear ||Mr.|Ms.|| {{last_name}}), ensure the following and check that your emails display correctly:
- For applications via the application form: Gender should be a mandatory field in the application form.
- For email applications: Gender should be manually added to the candidate profile before the candidate is assigned to a job.
Jobs
- You've added relevant information for published jobs.
- If you want a job to be published in another language, you have provided all translations for the job and general job description under Settings > Recruiting > Recruiting > Job description.
