This article gives you an overview of the Job architecture settings in Personio.
The Job architecture settings are one of the three main features in Personio's Workforce Planning journey, and it requires the subscription to Personio Core (available to everyone).
What are the Job architecture settings?
Job architecture is a key feature in Personio that helps you create an organizational structure for your company.
In the Job architecture settings, you can add standardized details about each job, such as the job name, job family, job track, job level, and salary band.
After creating a new job, you can assign it to the relevant employees, ensuring a consistent and organized approach across your organization.
This feature helps you to:
- Build a strong foundation for managing your workforce.
- Reflect changes caused by teams restructuring flexibly and consistently.
- Standardize job details to reduce ambiguity and define roles clearly.
- Simplify your performance management processes to build career paths.
- Inform employee pay and promotions to unlock powerful reporting and insights.
