This article provides a summary of the different options available to connect your corporate career page to Personio. It covers four integration approaches, including their technical requirements. You can use this information to decide which is the best option for you.
If your company does not have a corporate career page, create a career page using Personio instead.

Option one: Connect via link
The easiest way to connect your corporate career page to Personio is by creating a link between them.
- Required setup: Ask your website admin or IT department to create a link or button on your corporate career page. You can then insert the address of your Personio career page, which should look like this: myaccount.jobs.personio.com. You can find your Personio career page address via Settings > Recruiting > Career page.
- Jobs location: Your jobs appear on your Personio career page.
- Candidate experience: Candidates visiting your corporate career page click the link or button. They go to your Personio career page. To apply, they fill out your Personio application form and upload the necessary documents.
- Information transfer: All provided data and documents go to Personio. It creates a candidate profile assigned to the corresponding job.
Option two: Integrate via iframe
If you decide to use an iframe, the content of your Personio career page (jobs and description) is embedded in your website.
- Required setup: You need programming skills or support from a web developer. All technical requirements for the integration are available in our Developer Hub.
- Jobs location: Your jobs appear on your website. This option offers limited design opportunities.
- Candidate experience: Candidates fill in the Personio application form. They enter their data and upload the necessary documents.
- Information transfer: All data and documents provided go to Personio. It creates a candidate profile assigned to the corresponding job.

Option three: Connect via XML
If you decide to use the XML option, Personio automatically transfers your jobs to your corporate career page. Once you set up the Personio XML interface, you only need to enter the jobs' information in Personio. This avoids further website maintenance.

- Jobs location: Your jobs appear on your corporate career page with your corporate design.
- Candidate experience: Candidates go to your Personio career page. They fill in the application form and upload the necessary documents.

Option four: Connect via XML and API
If you only want to use your corporate career page, you can use the XML interface and send data to Personio through an API. You need to deactivate the Personio career page in the Recruiting settings. You don’t need to set up the page.
