Option one: Connect via link
The easiest way to connect your corporate career page to Personio is by creating a link between them:

Required set up: Ask your website admin to create a link or button on your corporate career page. You can then insert the URL of your Personio career page (myaccount.jobs.personio.com).

Jobs location: Your jobs are displayed on your Personio career page.

Candidate experience: Candidates visiting your corporate career page click on the link or button. They are directed to your Personio career page. To apply, they fill in your Personio application form and upload the necessary documents.

Information transfer: All provided data and documents are sent to Personio. It creates a candidate profile that gets assigned to the corresponding job.
Option two: Integrate via iframe
If you decide to use an iframe, the content of your Personio career page (jobs and description) will be embedded in your website.

Option three: Connect via XML
If you decide to use the XML method, Personio will transfer automatically your jobs into your corporate career page. Once the Personio XML interface is set up, you only need to enter the jobs' information on Personio. This avoids further website maintenance.

Option four: Connect via XML and API
If you only want to use your corporate career page, you can use the XML interface and send data to Personio through an API. You will need to deactivate the Personio career page in the Recruiting settings. You do not need to set up the page.
