This article explains the different access rights that can be granted to recruiting roles. To create roles and to manage the associated access rights, go to Settings > Recruiting > Recruiting > Roles. Learn more about setting up recruiting roles.

The hierarchy of rights is structured from left to right, for example, editing rights automatically comprise viewing rights. Read our article on access rights for more information.
Access rights in Recruiting
Employees can be granted either viewing or editing rights for the various categories. There are no proposal rights for recruiting roles. Roles can be assigned for entire job or for individual candidate profiles. This selection affects the scope of the access rights.
Access rights can be assigned to each recruiting role for the categories below:
Jobs
This section refers to viewing or editing job openings.

Messages
This section refers to incoming and outgoing messages.
To grant access rights to inbound message attachments, go to the Document section.

This section refers to viewing and editing interviews within an application.

Comments
This section refers to viewing and editing comments within an application.

The employee can view all existing comments on assigned candidates (both their own comments and those from other employees). | The employee can add comments. |
Evaluations
This section refers to viewing and editing evaluations within an application.

The employee can view all evaluations of assigned candidates. | The employee can create new evaluations. |
Tags
This section refers to viewing and editing tags within an application.

The employee can view existing tags and their due dates. If applicable, the tags can be viewed next to the candidate’s name. |

Profile
This section refers to viewing and editing candidate attributes within an application. These attributes are defined under Settings > Recruiting > Recruiting > Attributes.

The employee can view information stored for the various attributes in the assigned section (Candidate profile and/or HR information). |
The employee can add, edit and delete information for the various attributes in the assigned section (Candidate profile and/or HR information). |
Candidate documents
This section refers to the candidate's documents that can be found in their profile.
