Is there a maximum number of Administrators I can set up in Personio?

There's no limit to the number of Administrators you can have in Personio, but we recommend keeping the number low. The Administrator role has the highest level of access rights in Personio, including account-wide settings, roles, and sensitive data. Too many Administrators can make it harder to:

• Track who can make account-wide changes
• Manage roles and access rights consistently

Only assign the Administrator role to employees who manage your Personio account. For anyone else who needs elevated access, set up a custom role with only the specific access rights they need.
