Personio offers templates with ready-made questions and configurations. Templates help you: 

• Measure engagement reliably and correctly. The templates for engagement and pulse surveys implement our People Matter Framework for standardized and science-based surveys.
• Create different types of surveys depending on your needs. You can choose survey templates related to the employee journey, performance and team, and others.
• Save time and effort.

Before you start

To create a survey, you need edit permissions to Surveys > Survey Creation.

Select the right template

To select the best template for your needs, follow these steps:

1. Go to Surveys.
2. Click Create survey and select Choose template.
3. Optional: hover over a template and click Preview. The preview opens in a new tab.
4. Double-click the relevant template.

Review and launch the survey

1. The survey creation window opens. Personio pre-populates all sections (questions, configuration).
2. You can edit all aspects of the survey. Edit the configuration and add custom questions. You can add or remove library questions and update their placeholders.
3. When ready, launch the survey.
