- You've defined an Account Owner and Contract Owner have been defined under Settings > Support > Support.
- You've entered their details, including a salutation and telephone number.

- You've saved your company logo and all company information under Settings > Organisation > Company:
- Company name
- Legal entity function (if legal entities are enabled)
- Email notification
- Language preference
- Currency
- Industry
- Timezone
- Public holiday calendar
