• You've defined an Account Owner and Contract Owner have been defined under Settings > Support > Support.
• You've entered their details, including a salutation and telephone number.

• You've saved your company logo and all company information under Settings > Organisation > Company:

  • Legal entity function (if legal entities are enabled)
  • Email notification
  • Language preference
  • Currency
  • Industry
  • Timezone
  • Public holiday calendar
