Understanding the job architecture
The job architecture helps you structure jobs and career paths in your organization.
When setting up the job architecture settings, you can add standardized details about each job, such as the job name, job family, job track, job level, and salary band.
After creating a new job, you can assign it to the relevant employees, ensuring a consistent and organized approach across your organization.
This feature helps you to:
- Standardize job details to reduce ambiguity and define roles clearly.
- Set clear expectations on performance and progression by building career frameworks.
- Inform employee pay and promotions to unlock powerful reporting and insights.

The compensation management journey
