This article provides an overview of how to use the a3innuva N贸mina integration to sync your Personio data with a3innuva N贸mina. For further information, refer to our articles on setting up the a3Innuva N贸mina Integration and synching time off from Personio with a3innuva N贸mina.

Prepare employees that will be synced with a3Innuva-N贸mina
To successfully sync your Personio employees' data with a3innuva N贸mina, ensure that your employee's data are correctly filled in. Follow these steps:
- Navigate to People list and select all the relevant employees.
- Click Actions > Edit profile.
- Select the Legal Entity and assign a legal entity and workplace to all the relevant employees.
- Select Include in Spanish Payroll聽and set the value Yes聽to employees that should be synced with a3innuva-N贸mina.
- Select聽Employee code (a3innuva N贸mina) and input the respective a3innuva N贸mina "C贸digo" value for each employee, so that the information can be matched between both systems.
Note:
Employees must be assigned to an authorized legal entity in order to be successfully synced with the a3innuva N贸mina integration. Only Employees with Include in Spanish Payroll set to Yes and the status set to Active, Inactive and Onboarding are considered in the sync.聽
Sync your Personio data with a3innuva N贸mina
To sync your Personio data with a3innuva N贸mina, follow these steps:
- Make sure to have the necessary permissions in Personio, for example the edit rights to the Payroll area.
- Navigate to Payroll > a3innuva N贸mina聽and select the relevant legal entity.
- Check for open tasks to ensure the sync includes all relevant employees.

Click Transfer to a3innuva N贸mina to sync the data with a3innuva N贸mina. Personio will then provide a status of the data transfer and include any additional information about eventual issues.
Note:
As an extra safety measure, a3innuva N贸mina makes a data security copy every 24 hours. In the unlikely case of a problem with the data sync, you can restore to the previous security copy. - Correct any validation errors that may have appeared in both the employee profile and the Payroll > a3innuva N贸mina tab. This is due to some attributes, including validations to ensure data quality and compatibility between Personio and a3innuva N贸mina.

Important to note聽
- To create a new employee via the a3innuva N贸mina integration, include a unique employee code (a3innuva N贸mina) for the respective employee.
- To terminate an employee using the a3innuva N贸mina integration, follow the usual termination flow, but also select a value for the Termination reason attribute located in Employee profile > Personal Info tab > a3innuva N贸mina.
- If you update the employee's legal entity in Personio, this change will not automatically be reflected in the a3innuva N贸mina integration.
Consult your payroll information
After each sync, your payroll information is visible directly in a3innuva N贸mina.聽
You can quickly identify changes (for example, employees starting in the company or leaving). You can also review salary and compensation data, and inspect time off entries.
Consult the information under three tabs:
- People: you can see Status, Tasks, Gross salary, Paid holiday taken, and Paid vacation balance for each employee.
- Salary:聽 it shows all compensation types by employee.
- Time Off: it shows all time off types by employee.
Tip:
Unsupported compensation and time off types do not sync automatically. They show in gray in the tables.
Add the remaining data to a3innuva N贸mina after the sync
The integration doesn't automatically sync all relevant data with a3innuva N贸mina.
The preliminary payroll can help you get this information in a consolidated format for the relevant month. You can:
- Configure the additional payroll attributes that the integration doesn鈥檛 sync.
- Export those via Excel to send them to your payroll provider.
