Where can I find my invoices?
Your invoices will always be sent to the email address for invoices that you have provided in Personio under Settings > Subscription and Billing > Billing address.
You can also view your invoices at any time in your Personio account under Settings > Subscription and Billing > Invoices. For more information, read our article The Subscription and Billing section.
I purchased an upgrade and have difficulty understanding the invoice
When you changed your package, a day-by-day credit note was created for the remaining term of the previous package. In addition, a pro rata new invoice for the new package for the same period was created to the day.
The credit note and the new invoice can be viewed at any time in your Personio account under Settings > Subscription and Billing. For more information, read our article The Subscription and Billing section.
How can I change the billing address?
To change your billing address, follow these steps in your Personio account:
- Go to Settings > Subscription and Billing > Billing information > Billing address.
- Edit the relevant data.
- Click Update to apply the changes.
