Only Administrators and employees with edit rights for Performance & Development settings can create and configure performance feedback forms.
Below you can find a range of forms that can be used for your performance management processes.
Tip
You can create a single form that can be used by both the supervisor and the employee when completing feedback. Alternatively, you can create two separate forms, one that can be used by the supervisor when completing feedback and one that can be used by the employee when completing feedback.
