- To troubleshoot mobile app issues, you need an active Personio account.
The mobile app is stuck on a push notification prompt
Issue:
The mobile app displays a "Enable push notifications?" prompt that blocks all interaction. You cannot scroll past it or tap any buttons.
Possible solution:
Check the font size and zoom settings on the device. If either is set above the default, the buttons on the prompt can move off-screen and become unreachable.
To reset display settings:
- Open your phone's settings.
- Go to your display or accessibility settings.
- Reset the font size and zoom to the default values.
- Reopen the Personio app. The prompt buttons should now be reachable.
If the issue continues after resetting display settings, reinstall the Personio mobile app.
