Personio is available in German, English, Spanish, French, Dutch, Italian, Swedish, Finnish, Polish, Portuguese, Catalan, Croatian, Czech, Danish, Hungarian, Norwegian, Romanian, and Turkish. You can change your Personio account language regardless of your company's settings.
Change your language preference
Follow these steps to change the language of your Personio account:
- Log in to your account.
- Hover over your profile picture in the sidebar.
- Click Personal Settings.
- At the top of the settings menu, select Language.
- Click Edit and select the language you would like to use.
- Save your changes.
Once you change language, invitation emails and email notifications appear in that language.
Note:
Even after changing language, some elements still appear in your company account's standard language. This could affect, for example, employee roles or recruiting stages. This is because it's not yet possible to set up all areas of Personio in different languages.
