The job list
In the Jobs tab, you can see a list of your job postings, including both published and draft jobs. To view archived jobs, click the All jobs filter and select Archived jobs.
In the job list, you can view basic information about each job at a glance. This includes the job title and details, candidate pipeline, tracking links, and active postings. Additionally, you have the option to promote the job.
Job title and details
Under the job's title, you can view the following details about the job:
- Department
- Team
- Legal entity
- Number of positions to be filled
- Location
Click on the job title to access the job details and functions. This serves as the main access point and provides an overview of all relevant job information. You can also publish or unpublish a job on your Personio career page via the job details.
Note
When you click Unpublish within the job details, the promotion of the job on external job portals is not disabled. If you want to do this, use this contact form to get in touch with our posting partner.
Candidate pipeline
Under the job’s title, you can view a row of color-coded cards—this is the candidate pipeline. This pipeline gives you an overview of all applications, showing how many candidates are in each stage of the recruitment process. By clicking on a specific stage, you can view a list of candidate profiles filtered by the relevant job and the selected stage.
Promote
To the right of the job’s title is the Promote button. You can use the promote function to advertise your job on external recruiting channels. You will be taken directly to the overview of all available job boards to plan and book postings.
Tracking links and running postings
Under the candidate pipeline are the tracking links and running postings for the job. Click on the links to go to the Promotion tab within the relevant job. Here, you will see an overview of the external job boards and tracking links that are in use.
