The archiving feature helps you organize by moving data to a separate area, keeping your jobs list focused on active openings. You can easily retrieve archived jobs when required.
Archive a job

Before archiving a job, ensure that all remaining candidates in the pipeline are sent rejection notifications for reasons of data privacy. Learn how to anonymize your candidate data.
To archive a job, follow these steps:
- Go to Recruiting > Jobs.
- Click on the job’s title. This brings you to the job’s details.
- Click the three-dot icon in the top-right corner and select Unpublish. This temporarily cancels the job posting. Note: Ensure you get in touch with any external job boards on which your job posting may also have been posted.
- Click the three-dot icon again and select Archive.
To view your archived jobs, click the All positions filter in your jobs list, and select Archived jobs. For candidates in the pipeline, the tag [Archived] appears before the job title in their candidate profile.
Reopen a job
To reopen an archived job, follow these steps:
- Go to Recruiting > Jobs.
- Click the All positions filter and select Archived jobs.
- Click on the job’s title to open the job details.
- Click the Reopen button at the top right.
The job will return to a draft state. Once you are ready to do so, you can publish the job.
