In rare cases, the invitation email doesn't deliver as expected. This might happen for the following reasons:
Email in spam folder
Check if the invitation email went to the recipient's spam folder. Personio sends system-generated emails from info@m.personio.de. If your email provider blocks this address, add it as a safe sender. This ensures future Personio emails reach your inbox.
Incorrect or inactive email address
Personio sends the invitation email to the employee's public profile address. If this address is inactive or has errors, Personio can't send the invitation.
Blocked email address
If the first delivery attempt fails, our mail provider blocks the email address. To unblock it, go to Help & Feedback in your Personio account and contact our Support team. Provide the email address and the employee profile URL.
