Does Personio offer compliance-based sanctions screening?

Personio doesn't offer automated sanctions screening as a built-in feature. Sanctions screening (sometimes called watchlist screening or sanctions checks) is a compliance process that checks employees or candidates against government and international sanctions lists to identify individuals subject to legal restrictions.

If your organization has the technical resources to build a custom integration, you can use Personio's API to connect with a third-party sanctions screening provider of your choice.
