Some time off periods don't import
Issue:
Personio doesn't import all the time off periods in the import file.
Possible solution:
Some time off periods in the import file are missing email addresses. Every line item in your import file must have an email address so Personio can assign it to the correct employee profile.
- Check your import file for missing email addresses.
- Add the missing email addresses for every line item.
- Re-import your file.
Personio doesn't find time off types
Issue:
Personio shows an error that it can't find the time off types during the import.
Possible solution:
- Mismatched names: the time off type name in your import file doesn't match the name in Personio. Make sure the time off type names in your import file and Personio are identical. Check spacing, as missing or extra spaces cause errors.
- Missing time off types: you haven't created the required time off types in Personio before importing. Create all time off types that exist in your company in Personio before you import the file.
