I shared survey results with an employee but they can't use the filters I set up

Possible solution: You can grant the employee permissions for the attributes you used as filters in the report:
- Go to Settings.
- In the People section, click Roles and permissions.
- Find the attributes you set as filters and take note of which sections they're under (for example, Public profile).
- Go to Settings.
- In the People section, click Roles & permissions.
- Click the relevant role.
- Click Permissions.
- Grant viewing permissions for the relevant sections.
I created an open survey but I can't link participants to their answers
Issue: You created an open survey but you can't find an overview of who provided which answers.
Possible solution: You can download the survey results as CSV. The file lists the survey participants and their answers.
- Go to the Surveys.
- Click the relevant survey.
- Click the three dots icon and select Download.
- Select the CSV option and download the file.
The CSV file shows the survey participants and their answers.
