How can I enable the XML feed?
You can enable the XML feed via Settings > Recruiting > Career Page. Select your company or legal entity. In the Activations section, click Enable XML feed.
You then need a web developer or IT expert to integrate your XML feed into your company website.
Are there separate XML feeds for legal entities?
There are no separate XML feeds for legal entities, but you can either filter with the attribute legal entity or add keywords to your job description.
How can I integrate a job overview via XML?

Can I integrate the XML feed into multiple websites?
Yes, you can use the XML feed on multiple websites.
Can the XML feed appear in different languages?
The values for the job and the job details always appear in English, but the job description fields can appear in different languages. This depends on the language in which you've published the job. Each language has its own link and can be found in the Developer Hub.
Can I use different labels for job details on my own career website?
Yes, you can decide what you want to display on your website.
How often should I sync the connection for updates?
We recommend syncing the connection at least once every hour to ensure data integrity. The development team managing your corporate career page is responsible for setting up the sync with the XML feed.
Do the XML feed and my website automatically update if I change an attribute for a job?
Yes, the XML feed automatically updates when you make changes to a job in Personio. If the change isn't reflected, you can contact the responsible person for your corporate career page and check how often it's updated.
Do I need credentials to access the XML feed?
No, you don't need credentials. You can access your XML feed via the following link: youraccount.jobs.personio.com/xml.
