If you're part of a performance review cycle, you receive and provide different kinds of reviews:
- Upward reviews (feedback for your manager).
- Peer reviews (feedback for your teammates).
- Self reviews (feedback about yourself).
- Manager reviews (feedback about your reports if you're a supervisor).
You can also give feedback outside performance cycles with Personio's feedback functionality. Learn to access all feedback shared with you and complete your feedback requests.
Before you start
Different permissions mean different levels of access to feedback:
- Employees can access reviews they need to complete. They can also access all reviews and feedback shared with them.
- Supervisors can access all feedback shared with them about their reports.
- Administrators can access all reviews and feedback.
Access reviews and feedback
To have an overview of all feedback you have access to, follow these steps:
- On the left sidebar, click Performance.
- Under Your performance, you have an overview of all your reviews grouped by cycle. Note that continuous feedback is listed separately.
- Use the filters at the top to switch between your received and given reviews and feedback. You can see discarded reviews in the Given filter.
