This article covers how learning achievements are recognized in Voyager Academy, using Skill Certificates and Voyager Community.

Overview
Like other online educational programs, you can earn recognition for completing certain activities within Voyager Academy.
Skills Certificates are awarded for low-stakes assessments, such as passing a quiz, and they can be downloaded, shared, and added to your LinkedIn profile.
When you earn a Skill Certificate, you are also awarded a corresponding badge in the Personio Voyager Community, as a way to show other members your level of expertise.

Where can I find my Skill Certificate?
We'll email all Skill Certificates to you with all the details about how to download, share, and add it to your LinkedIn profile. Make sure to check your spam folder, if you're not seeing it. In order for a Skill Certificate to be sent, you must earn a passing score on the relevant quiz. Check out all the Skill Certificates available from Personio Voyager Academy.
What can I do with my Skill Certificate?
You can view your Skill Certificates on your Personio Voyager Academy profile, share a PDF, or add it to your LinkedIn profile. You can even print a copy, if you need physical evidence of your accomplishment.
I’ve lost my Skill Certificate email. How can I find my certificate again?
If you have lost the link or email for your Skill Certificate, simply log into your Personio Voyager Academy profile, where you'll find all your learning activity and certificates.
If you can't log into your Academy profile, try a password reset.
If you still can't access your Academy profile, submit a request and we'll help you as quickly as we can.
I need to change the name or something else about my certificate What do I do?
No problem. If you need to change the name on your Skills Certificate, please first make the necessary updates into your Personio Voyager Academy profile.
Then submit a request, and we'll help you as quickly as we can.
Community badges
Where can I find my Community badge?
If you're a member of the Voyager Community at the time you earn a Skills Certificate, the badge will appear automatically in your Community user profile.
If you join the Voyager Community after earning a Skills Certificate, please submit a request and we'll get the badge added to your profile.
What can I do with my Community badge?
You can view your Community badge your Community user profile. Badges also appear under your avatar when you create or respond to questions and comments in the Personio Community, as a way to show other members your level of expertise.
Digital badges via Accredible
⚠️ As of 1 Apr 2026, no new Accredible badges will be awarded. Previously awarded badges remain active and fully functional and available via the email previously sent to you as well as in your Accredible profile. Read more about this change in the Personio Voyager Community.
Where can I find my Accredible badge?
In the past, when you successfully completed a quiz in Personio Voyager Academy, you were awarded a digital badge through our provider, Accredible. This was delivered via email, and contained information on how to view and share your badge.
What is Accredible?
Accredible is a digital credentials provider. They issue, send, and store shareable digital badges. Learn more about what you can do with your Accredible account.
Is my Accredible badge safe?
Yes, Accredible uses the blockchain to cryptographically seal a record of the credential when it's created. Third parties can be absolutely certain that a record hasn't been altered since being issued.
Do I need to create an Accredible account to access my badge?
No, you can access your certificate without an Accredible account. However, creating an Accredible account enables you to view all your badges in one place in the future.
Can I find out more about how Accredible manages data?
Of course. Accredible will not share, sell, distribute, or contact certificate holders. Learn more about Accredible's data security and privacy policy.
I’ve lost my Accredible badge email. How can I find my credentials again?
If you have lost the link or email for your certificate or badge, Accredible has a helpful tool that can help you get it back.
I need to change something about my badge, or I don’t want my badge to be on Accredible. What do I do?
