I’m logging in with my Personio account, but it’s not working. What do I do?
You'll need to create a Voyager Academy account in order to log in. This is separate from your Personio account. If you have created a Voyager Academy account, try a password reset.
I’m having trouble with content loading or playing back. How can I fix it?
- For the best experience, we recommend using Chrome when learning in Voyager Academy.
- Make sure to disable browser extensions that prevent scripts from running, or add learn.personio.com to the list of allowed sites. Examples: AdBlocker, NoScript, Privacy Badger, uBlock Origin
- Try clearing cookies and cache and then reload the page.
I signed up for a live session, but I can’t click the “Launch Zoom Event” button.
The “Launch Zoom Event” button becomes available to select three minutes before the event is set to start. Once the event end time passes, the button is deactivated.
