- Expert administration and support in validating relevant payroll data and monthly payroll approval
- Additional support for implementation as well as monthly and annual accounts
- Competent support for questions about payroll processes, such as AAG, EEL or A1 certificates
- Support in communicating with health insurance companies
- Individual further consulting services after consultation with your tax consulting partner

This requires your express favorability for the tax advisor to receive the appropriate access authorizations to your Personio account.
Please note:
- If access is granted via the platform for tax consultancies, the corresponding tax consultancy receives access at the organisational level. This means that charge-relevant data of all legal entities(e.g. subcompanies and permanent establishments).
- It is currently not possible to restrict access to individual subcompanies.
- In addition, tax consultants can Support tickets for your organization create. This feature is available to tax advisors who access their clients' payroll through the tax advisory platform. Tickets can be submitted for all payroll-related topics. Payroll owners are automatically notified of new tickets and CC.
