If you need to reset your password—in case you have forgotten it, or for other reasons—you can do so easily.
Reset your Personio Community password
Follow these steps:
- Go to the Community. Note: For this step, you must be logged out of the Community. If you can see the words Sign up and Log in at the top right of the page, it means that you are logged out.
- Click Log in to Community.
- Click Forgot password?
- Enter your email address. This is the email address that you used to sign up for the Community. It should be your work email address.
- If you have an account for the Community, you will receive an email with a link to reset your password. Click on the link to reset your password.
I didn't receive the email
If you did not receive an email, try the following:
- Check your spam folder.
- Make sure you are in the right community. There is an international community (community.personio.com) and a separate German community (community.personio.de).
