This article explains how to register with Personio using an activation code. This registration method is for employees without a company email address.

Before you start

Before you can register with Personio using an activation code, your Administrator needs to give you:

• A username. This can be a simple format like "jdoe" or resemble an email address like "jdoe@noemail.personio.de". Your Administrator provides this login information. 
• A 10-character activation code.
• The registration page address.

Register with Personio using an activation code

To register:

1. Go to the registration page: hostname.app.personio.com/login/activate.
2. Enter the provided username or email address, your birthday, and the activation code.
3. Create your password.
4. Use the username or email address and the password to log into Personio at hostname.app.personio.com/login

Tip:
If you’ve already registered, you can go to your login page: hostname.app.personio.com/login.

Note:
If you cannot register using your activation code or have forgotten your password, contact your Personio Administrator. They can unblock your account by generating a new activation code. You can then use the new code on the registration page to create a new password.
