Register with Personio using an activation code

Before you can register with Personio using an activation code, your Administrator needs to give you:

• A username. This can be a simple format like "jdoe" or resemble an email address like "jdoe@noemail.com". Your Administrator provides this login information.
• A 10-character activation code.
• The registration page address.

To register:

1. Go to the registration page: hostname.app.personio.com/login/activate.
2. Enter the provided email address, your birthday, and the activation code.
3. Create your password.
4. Use the email address and the password to log into Personio at hostname.app.personio.com/login

If you’ve already registered, you can go to your login page: hostname.app.personio.com/login.

If you can't register or forget your password after using the activation code in the past, reach out to your Personio Administrator. They can unblock your account by generating a new activation code. You can then use the new code on the registration page to create a new password.
