Salaries
By importing salaries, you can store all your employees' salary data in one place, without errors. This ensures that everybody knows which data is stored and where to find it. By having one central database for all your salary data, you can create transparency around salary adjustments, bonuses, and one-time compensations.
You can also automatically transfer all salary-relevant data to the preliminary payroll, saving HR time and effort when reviewing and approving.
Preliminary Payroll
When you set up your preliminary payroll, you can review and approve payroll-relevant personal and compensation data, data changes, and periods of time off for each employee per payroll period.
Stay on top of data changes by approving preliminary payroll regularly, so changes are flagged. You only need to review changes relevant to each payroll period. This ensures you don’t miss out on important details.
You can generate exports of your preliminary payroll data in Excel format at any stage. Then you can send the exports to your accountant to finalize payroll.
