This article explains the Analytics area accessible through Personio's main navigation sidebar. This area is divided into the Metrics tab and the Reports tab.
Access the Analytics area
To access the Analytics area, click Analytics in the main navigation bar.
- Permissions: You need to have either an Administrator role or edit rights to Configuration > Reports to see the Analytics area.
- Subscription: It requires a subscription to Personio Core (available to everyone).
Understand the Analytics area
The Analytics area helps you to:
- Understand your company’s most important metrics and KPIs.
- Put data into context to see how well your organization is performing.
- Make HR decisions based on data and strategy.
- Provide reports for other stakeholders in the company.
The Analytics area is divided into two tabs:
- In the Metrics tab, you can see a summary of the most important company metrics. This tab has widgets that display data from the Report Builder.
- In the Reports tab, you can create a report using the main report-building tool (Report Builder). Alternatively, you can create a legacy custom report using the Classic Builder. You can also access all your previously created and reviewed reports.
Use the Analytics area
