This article explains what the Nmbrs integration is and how the data transfer via worldofwork to Personio works.

What is Nmbrs?

Nmbrs is an HR and Payroll software supplier designed for the Dutch and Swedish market. With Nmbrs, users can easily perform their monthly Payroll and it ensures an optional service with minimal effort.  

What is worldofwork?

Our integration partner, worldofwork is a digital HR agency designing and delivering employee journeys and HR platforms. Worldofwork will be responsible for setting integration and payroll reports according to their envisioned scope of transfer and will support the transfer of payslips from Nmbrs to Personio.

What can I do with the integration between Nmbrs and Personio?

With the Nmbrs integration, customers are able to sync relevant Payroll data (for example, bank details or fixed salary data) and HR data (for example, personal information) from Personio to Nmbrs. As soon as the payslips are available, they will be transferred from Numbrs to Personio. Moreover, the integration also supports employee provisioning and deprovisioning. 

How can I set up the integration?

For setup of the interface, please contact our partners, worldofwork via automation@worldofwork.nl. Their service team is responsible for the set-up and implementation of the integration and will provide relevant documents and details about the integration and the process to set up the managed services.

While worldofwork is your point of contact for setting up the integration, the Personio Customer Operations team is responsible for creating attributes necessary to support the integration. Once the terms have been agreed with worldofwork, Account Owners or Payroll Owners can contact Personio Support to create the required attributes. 

Note:
To work with these attributes in your account, you need admin rights or the relevant permissions.

What data will be transferred? 

The data includes a range of employee data such as personal information, employment data and all compensation types except for one-time-compensations and bonuses. To initially complete the required attributes in Personio, use the provided import templates at disposal of the Help Center article. 

What are the costs?

The service includes a one-off development fee and a monthly service fee by worldofwork. The price for the service depends on the features which require connecting. For further information, please reach out to automation@worldofwork.nl.
