Additionally, you can define whether any prorated salary calculation should be based on a 30-day month or on all the days of the month. Find further information on prorated salary calculation and its effects in our article Prorate Salary Calculation.

Specify on which day of the month employees with at least viewing rights for payroll should receive a task in the Tasks widget on their Dashboard and in the Inbox informing that the preliminary payroll is ready for review.
Payroll Groups
Personio allows you to save various Payroll groups that you can use to create separate payroll exports. Payroll groups can be created based on any attributes of the type List of options.
Configure Payroll Periods
Go to Settings > Payroll > Salary & Payroll > Payroll periods to define a suitable payroll period for each payroll group. In this way, you can define the time period over which the hours worked and absence days are added up if these have been included as export attributes.
