XING e-Recruiting and Prescreen joined forces in 2022 to create a new, strong brand for e-recruitment products. From February 1, 2023, XING will be replaced by onlyfy job postings in our multiposting feature and in the Personio posting bundles. This article explains what onlyfy is, introduces the benefits of onlyfy's new range of products and answers some of the questions you may have about this change.

▶︎ Posting bundles that were booked for XING via Personio posting bundles will no longer be available after January 31, 2023. The new posting bundle is valid from February 1, 2023.
▶︎ Job advertisements that were booked before February 1, 2023, will continue to run until their expiration date and are not affected.
What is onlyfy?
onlyfy is the new brand of e-recruitment products from XING. It is replacing the current XING product that is available in the Personio posting bundle and in our multiposting function. Your job openings will still be published on the XING job market, but features such as the portfolio, the duration of advertisements and the layout will be fundamentally optimized. With the new Pro and Ultimate versions of programmatic job advertising, the onlyfy algorithm will show your job openings to a wider audience, including candidates who are not actively looking for a job.
What is programmatic job advertising?
The onlyfy algorithm is based on programmatic job advertising, i.e., it continuously searches for the right channel for your job posting and makes sure that it is displayed in the advertising spaces where your target group spends time online.
Classic job portals are primarily aimed at candidates who are actively looking for a new role. With programmatic job advertising, you can also reach passive candidates, that is, those who are not actively looking for a new job but would be open to offers.
Your job openings are displayed dynamically as fully automated postings that appear everywhere potential candidates spend time online and not just on one selected static channel.
This is exactly what the onlyfy Pro and Ultimate posting formats offer.
What else will change for you?
onlyfy is not only changing the range of products but also brings with it a fundamental optimization of the posting functions:
▶ Portfolio
Postings which run for 60 or 90 days and Campus postings will no longer be available. The features of the new Core postings correspond to those of the old Professional Plus postings (Best Performance posting and video integration).
▶ Posting runtimes
Postings now generally have a runtime of 30 days (Core, Pro) or 45 days (Ultimate). Ultimate postings offer a satisfaction guarantee, where you can have the runtime extended for another 15 days.
▶ Posting layout
The old standard postings (text postings without a layout) are no longer available. All new formats include a layout in your custom company design. All the new product types allow you to add images and videos to your job openings.
onlyfy pricing
Along with the new functions and the improved algorithm, the pricing is also changing:
- onlyfy postings are now aimed at a wider audience. Depending on the type of posting you select, your job openings will appear on the XING job market and other relevant job portals (talent.com, JobRapido and StellenOnline), in the Google Display Network and on social media channels.
- In addition, onlyfy automatically informs suitable candidates about your new job postings via email.
- You will receive an additional five free messages to non-contacts on XING, which you can use to contact additional candidates directly.
The new price includes an additional advertising budget to cover these new functions.
