This article explains how to customize your Personio career page and style it to match your corporate design. You can add custom elements such as your logo and a header background image, and adjust the font and colors.
Step one: Style your career page
You can preview your current settings at any time while configuring your career page. To do so, click Preview in the bottom-right corner. You can apply changes at any time by clicking Apply changes. To customize the design of your Personio career page, follow these steps:
- Go to Settings > Recruiting > Recruiting > Career page.
- Scroll down the page to the Styling section.

Configure the style elements according to your company's brand guidelines. They are outlined in the table below:
Hide header image and headline Go to Layout and check the box Hide header image and headline to hide your background image.
This function is useful to integrate the Personio career page via iframe into your corporate page.
Upload a logo Go to Logo and click Choose file to add your company logo.
By default, when you click on the company logo, you arrive on your Personio career page homepage. To direct users to a different website, enter a link in the field You can edit the link for the logo on your career page.
See all jobs link If you publish your jobs on your corporate career page, you can enter a custom link in the See all jobs link field. It will take candidates clicking on this link to the overview page of your corporate page.
Header background image To add a header background image, go to Header background image and click Choose file.
The recommended image resolution is 1920×1080 pixels.
Font To choose a font, go to Font and select one of the options from the dropdown list.
Colors Select a color or insert a HEX color code for the following areas: Primary (button color and header image background color), Button text, Job title, and Headline.

Click Apply changes.
Step two: Add an About us section
You can create a general About us section based on your company profile. This section will appear by default at the bottom of each job's description. If you prefer not to include this section, leave it blank. The About us field will only appear if you have filled it with content.
To set up the About us section, follow these steps:

Go to Settings > Recruiting > Recruiting > Career page.

Scroll down the page to the About us section.

Enter your description in the text editor. You can also add an image or video.

To publish your Personio career page or job descriptions in different languages, select the relevant language from the drop-down menu. You can then enter the translations in the text editor.

Click Apply changes.
Step three: Complete your descriptions and translations
You can set up general content that will appear on your Personio career page. Follow these steps:

- Go to Settings > Recruiting > Recruiting > Career page.
- Scroll down the page to the Descriptions & translations section.

Go to Translation. Select from the drop-down menu in which language you want to configure the content. The languages available are German, English, French, Spanish, Dutch, Italian, Portuguese, Swedish or Finnish.
- Configure the different elements, outlined in the table below, according to your company's brand guidelines.
Field Notes Thank you message Insert the text of the thank you message. It will appear when a candidate submits an application form.
Data privacy statement (required) As the operator of your career page, Personio automatically adds a data privacy statement. Read more about the Data Privacy Statement.
Every candidate must agree to the data privacy statement to submit their application.
Your application content Enter any additional information for candidates to see in the application form. Your application header Enter the title of the application form. Required documents content Enter any text explaining which documents to submit with the application. Headline Enter a headline that will appear on your header image. If you prefer not to use a headline, leave this field empty. - Click Apply changes.
