Whom can I contact with questions about the DATEV integration?
In case of questions or problems when setting up and using the DATEV integration, either your Personio Support or your payroll accountant/tax consultant will be able to help you. See the table below for details on who can assist you in each case.

Where can I find the DATEV-Lohnartennummer (compensation type ID) and the Festbezugs-ID (fixed payment ID) for LODAS or the Bezug- und Abzugsnummern (payment and deduction IDs) for Lohn & Gehalt?
Your accountant or tax consultant can locate these numbers for you in DATEV.
Where in DATEV can the accountant/tax consultant access the file that was generated in Personio and sent to DATEV?

Documents can't be retrieved due to duplicated Personalnummer.
Check any changes and how the DATEV Personalnummer attribute is assigned; if necessary, consult with your payroll accountant. Also check the employee histories of the relevant employees.
