You can now manage goals in the new Performance & Development > Goals section.

Depending on your role and access rights, you can:

• View, create and edit goals for yourself, your reports, or for everyone in your organization.
• Comment on goals and update their progress.
• Export goal-related data with our Custom Reports feature.

We will publish additional features, such as goal-based bonuses, shortly after this initial release.

Note This feature is available only with the Performance & Development package. The current Goals functionality under the Performance tab in the Employee profile will be discontinued at the end of 2022.
