This article gives an overview of what employees can view and edit in the Performance & Development area, depending on their role and access rights. You can find this information for the following sections of the Performance & Development area:
Goals
Goals can be created, viewed, edited and deleted under Performance & Development > Goals.
The following table explains what employees can see and edit there:

Performance
Performance Reviews
Reviews are created, sent and received by employees within a performance review cycle. They are listed under Performance & Development > Cycles. The following table explains who can view and edit the different review types in Personio:

After a review is sent, it is locked. Only the Personio Administrator, the Supervisor and employees with edit rights for the Performance section in the Performance & Development area can unlock the review. Once the review is unlocked, the reviewer can edit it. |

Performance Feedback
Performance feedback is created under the Performance tab by the user with edit rights for performance data. Received and sent feedback can be viewed under Performance & Development > Feedback. The following table explains who can view and edit draft and sent feedback:

This depends on the access rights settings. If an employee does not have a View access right to the Performance tab under the profile of the recipient of the sent feedback, they can't access the sent feedback. Likewise, if an employee does not have a View access right to the Performance tab under their own profile, they can't access the sent feedback. |
Continuous feedback
Continuous feedback is sent proactively via the Give feedback button under Performance & Development > Feedback. All employees can use this function to give feedback to anyone in the organization.

Training
Training courses and sessions can be viewed, created, canceled and deleted under Performance & Development > Training. The following table explains what employees can see and edit there:
