We have redesigned the Training section in the Performance & Development area to improve visibility and tracking, and to promote employee participation in training management.
Here is a list of the new functionalities available under Performance & Development > Training:
- Administrators and employees with edit rights in the Training section can now open training sessions to self enrollment, allowing employees to sign up autonomously. If necessary, they can also limit the session's capacity.
- In the Course catalog tab, employees can view all available sessions, choose the ones they want to join and sign up with a click.
- For better tracking, employees can see all their upcoming sessions in the Planned courses tab. If needed, they can cancel their attendance there. Past sessions are listed under the Training history tab.
