What is WorkMotion?

WorkMotion is a global HR platform that transforms your workplace by making it simple and fast to build international teams. WorkMotion automates time-consuming onboarding processes, helping companies to onboard talent from over 160 countries while ensuring compliance.

The WorkMotion integration allows for the automatic set up of employees in the Personio platform to the WorkMotion platform. It allows for specific data attributes of the employee in Personio to be synchronized to the WorkMotion platform.

How do I Set up the Integration Between WorkMotion and Personio?

Integrate Your Personio Account With Your WorkMotion Account

• Login to the WorkMotion platform
• Choose Integrations from the side menu
• Click on Integrate

Personio Authentication

• Copy both the Client ID and Secret from Personio and paste them in the pop-up window on the WorkMotion platform.
• Click Submit and you will see a Success message confirming the integration.

Import Personio Attributes to WorkMotion

• Click on Add Employee and choose Import Existing.
• Select the desired employees from the list, choose their Country from the drop-down menu and click on Import.

• WorkMotion currently supports the following attributes (below). For custom mapping, contact WorkMotion.

• Once the import is complete, the HR admin will receive an action item as confirmation. The imported employees are added in draft status with a P.
• HR clicks on Continue to approve the imported data.
• Once this is confirmed, employees will receive an invitation to join the WorkMotion platform with their data pre-populated from Personio.
