What is WFM One?

WFM One is an All-in-One software solution for Workforce Management.

Global competition, volatile markets, increasing individualization, and megatrends such as Industry 4.0, are forcing companies to constantly rethink and flexibly adapt their processes. Workforce management processes should not act as a brake, but support the smooth implementation of changes. A flexible working environment requires an adaptable workforce.

To master this challenge, WFM One allows you to manage your employees at the highest level, in the cloud or on-site.

How can I set up the Integration Between WFM One and Personio?

You have to generate new API credentials for this integration in Personio via Settings > API credentials. When an integration is selected from the drop-down menu, the system usually automatically preselects most of the system attributes that need to be read or written by the integration. You can add or remove attributes manually if required. For more information on how to do this, read our Help Center article on how to generate and manage API credentials.
