In this article, you will learn how to integrate MEP24web in Personio. You will be provided with an overview of the requirements, together with instructions, for setting up the integration with the Personio employee data API.

This integration is exclusively available for German customers.

How can I set up the Integration Between MEP24web and Personio?

Integration activation in MEP24web

  1. Enter your API access data in MEP24web to connect the interface. 

    To do this, go to MEP24web > Konfiguration > Grundeinstellungen > Reiter: Schnittstellen and set Personio: Aktiv? to Ja.

    Enter your Personio Client ID and Secret in MEP24web under Personio: Benutzername and Personio: Passwort.

  2. Enter the personnel number in Personio and MEP24web.

    In Personio, go to Employees > Information > Personnel Information > Edit > Personnel Number > Submit.

    In MEP24, go to Konfiguration > Stammdaten > Mitarbeiter auswählen > Mitarbeiter bearbeiten > Reiter: Stamm- > Personalnummer > Änderungen speichern.

  3. In Personio, check the name of the time off under Settings > Time off > Time off types (for example: Paid leave).

    Enter the name of the time off in MEP24web under Aktivitäten > Importschlüssel.

  4. You can now enter the time off in the calendar in Personio via Employees > Select employees > Time off. These will be automatically synchronized with MEP24web. 

    In MEP24web, under Multiplaner > Monats- / Wochen- / Tagesplaner, the time off that were stored in Personio are displayed.

Time off stored in Personio are automatically synchronized (every 5 minutes) with MEP24web (one month retrospectively and three months ahead).

 

What Data is Transferred?

MEP24web fetches employee and time off data from Personio (Personio → MEP24web)

What are the Costs?

MEP24web has a complete solution for your rostering and time recording without any hidden costs.

The price is composed of two components and is based on employee numbers. There is a one-time startup and training package, and monthly costs. Their website includes a price calculator and additional pricing details.
