What is Orgnostic?
Orgnostic is a people analytics platform for fast-growing companies that provides HR and leadership with high-quality organizational insights about talent acquisition, turnover, talent management, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I).
This tool helps chief human resources officers (CHROs) and management teams quickly gain visibility on important organizational metrics and make data-enabled people decisions without hiring additional data scientists or a people analytics team.
Orgnostic automatically links scattered HR data from multiple sources such as Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Performance Management Systems, and similar. It then audits the data and enriches it with automated employee surveys to provide premium insights into your workforce and support you in planning your company's growth.
How can I set up the Integration Between Orgnostic and Personio?
Start the activation in Personio
- Go to the Marketplace and search for the integration.
- Click on the integration to open the drawer with further details.
- Select Connect to start the activation process.
- Click Generate new API credentials.
- Copy the client ID and secret and click Go to website to finish the setup in the partner's service environment.

In the Orgnostic platform, in the top-right corner click on your name, then click on My Profile.

At the bottom of the My Profile page, you'll see the Connected Apps section. Choose Personio and click Connect.

Click the Connect Personio button.

Your Orgnostic profile is now connected with Personio and you can start exploring your people metrics.
What Data is Transferred?
All the data (employee data and absence data) is only transferred from Personio to Orgnostic. Orgnostic does not write or change the data in Personio.

Filtering options depend on the entity.
For employees, Orgnostic supports standard filters or groups (team, department, location, and role). For some metrics, there are additional filtering options, including employment type and termination type.
Theoretically, anything that has a set of discrete possible values can be used as a filter, and it is possible to implement those on customer demand. There is no configuration for this, you can use these filters right away.
What are the Costs?
The total cost depends on whether you wish to use the Analytics Platform only or you also wish to use the Diagnostic Surveys as an Add-on. It is possible to use only one package.
