In this article, you will learn how to integrate HelloID in Personio. You will get an overview of the requirements, together with instructions, for installing the integration with the Personio employee data API.
What is HelloID?
The Connector synchronizes employee data such as First name, Last name, Department, Position, Start- and Termination date, etc, between Personio and the HelloID Identity Vault. The employee data in the HelloID Identity Vault is then used for managing user accounts and entitlements in the various systems in the network (AD, Microsoft Entra ID, Exchange, ERP, CRM, DB), on-premise, and in the cloud.
In this way, user accounts and entitlements can be created, updated, and deleted automatically in the various systems in the network, based on the employee data in Personio, saving your IT department a lot of time and also increasing data security and compliance.
The interface is based on the standard API’s provided by Personio.
How can I set up the Integration of HelloID and Personio?
This integration can only be set up by the partner. Follow these steps in Personio:
- Go to the Marketplace and search for the integration.
- Click on the integration to open the drawer with further details.
- Select Connect.
- Click Copy email address to clipboard and contact the partner who will complete the setup process for you.
