This article explains how you can create a Personio Career page for a subcompany. This will allow you to publish positions on the career page of their respective subcompany, which will have its own domain, and adapts to your subcompany's brand identity.
Note Before you can create a Personio Career page for your subcompany, you need to configure your subcompany in your Personio account. Learn more about Configuring Subcompanies.
Create a Subcompany Career Page
To create a Personio Career page for a subcompany, follow these steps.
- Go to Settings > RECRUITING > Recruiting > Career page.
- In Select company, select the respective subcompany from the drop-down list.
- Select a unique domain for your subcompany career page, such as your-subcompany.jobs.personio.de, and choose between the domain name extension .de and .com.
Note The domain name will be publicly visible in the URL of your new Personio Career page. It cannot be changed once it is set, so ensure that you use the correct domain name and check for spelling errors.
- Once you have filled in your domain name, the system will automatically tell you if this domain name is available. If another company is already using the domain name, you need to select an alternative domain name. Then click Create domain.
