In this article, you will learn how to integrate Rydoo in Personio. You will get an overview of all the requirements and instructions for setting up the integration with the Personio employee data API.
What is Rydoo?
Rydoo reinvents and simplifies your expense management to just a few clicks and photos, thus saving time and optimization costs. Rydoo covers all the needs that arise in the expense management process, from when an employee has a receipt until they’re reimbursed. Rydoo also offers the following functionalities:

How can I set up the integration between Rydoo and Personio?
This integration can only be set up by the partner. Follow these steps in Personio:
- Go to the Marketplace and search for the integration.
- Click on the integration to open the drawer with further details.
- Select Connect.
- Click Copy email address to clipboard and contact the partner who will complete the setup process for you.
Add RydooUserId as a field on the employee profile.

Navigate to Employee information in the configuration of your Personio account.

Create a section and name it Integrations.
- Add an attribute to the section.

Name the field RydooUserId and select General as an input type.
Set up API access for your Personio account
You need to generate new API credentials for this integration in Personio. For more information on how to do this, have a look at our help center article on how to generate and manage API credentials.
For Rydoo, please add the attribute Supervisor manually to the selection.
Share the credentials with your Rydoo Solution Engineer. We suggest using a secured communication service for this, e.g. PrivateBin.
What data will be transferred?
The transferred attributes for Rydoo and Personio are named as follows:

Rydoo pricing starts at €6 per Active User per month (billed annually). Depending on the company’s size and the functionalities that they need, Rydoo will advise them of the right subscription.
