Why and When is Personio planning Regular Scheduled Maintenance?


Why Regular Maintenance?

To maintain a high quality of service, we are regularly conducting maintenance on the system, to ensure the stability of our tool and perform upgrades. Because it is important that this scheduled maintenance has a minimal effect on your work, we want to make sure you always know about it in advance. Thus, we are scheduling maintenance on a weekly basis, at a predefined time, outside of common office hours.


When is the Regular Maintenance happening?

Please note that, as of now, our Engineering team will carry out regular scheduled maintenance every Tuesday nights, from 10pm to 12am CET. During this window of time, Personio may be slower than usual, and partially unavailable for some minutes. This effect is temporary. We appreciate your patience and understanding and, in case you have any questions or concerns, please contact our Support team at support@personio.com.


All other maintenance, as well as ongoing incidents, will be displayed on the status page of Personio. We highly recommend you to refer to this page if you want to know whether an issue is occurring outside of the scheduled maintenance time.
