How Long Does It Take To Publish a Position via Multiposting?

Personio's multiposting function allows you to promote a position across several external job boards with just a few clicks. Once you have successfully booked your postings in Personio, they will then be transferred to the relevant job portals where they are first checked for completeness and then published. This process is mainly carried out by the job portals and can take anywhere from a few minutes to a couple of business days. Personio has no direct influence on the time it takes to externally publish a position. However, it does provide up-to-date information on the status of the posting, such as whether it is still being checked or has already been published.

You can find more detailed information on how to publish positions here.

Where Can I Find the Posting Status?

Once you have confirmed the booking of your external postings via Recruiting > Show position details > Promote, you will be able to see the status of your postings in the My postings section.

You can find more information on job posting statuses here.

If the publication of your position takes one or more business days, the runtime will be adjusted accordingly so that your position is online for the full amount of time you booked.

If any changes are required after the immediate publication of a job posting, Personio will get in touch with you.

In case you already have an allocated number of postings with an external job portal, and you would like to use part of this allocation for your job posting, please note that reviewing the relevant master contract can take up to an additional week. To find out how to store master contracts with external job portals in Personio, please click here.
