Archiving Job Openings

In this article, you will learn how to archive job openings and how to reactivate them, if needed. Use the archiving function to store your data in a different area so that your recruiting area is exclusively reserved for openings that are active. Job openings that have recently been filled can be easily retrieved again if needed.

Archiving a Job Opening

In the recruiting area, first, navigate to the desired opening to deactivate it on your Personio career page. Click on Unpublish to temporarily cancel the job ad.

In the next step, go to Recruiting > Job openings > View job details and click on Edit on the top right to switch to the editing mode. Scroll down to the bottom and click on Archive
