This article describes how to use customizable evaluation forms to ensure that candidates are evaluated uniformly.
Evaluations can be submitted in three ways:
Via a Candidate's Evaluation Tab
By clicking on Add evaluation, an evaluation form can be selected, filled out, and submitted.
Via a Feedback Request
You can request feedback from a colleague by clicking on the speech bubble icon in the candidate profile. After selecting Evaluation form as the feedback type, you can select an existing evaluation form. Once the request has been sent, the employee receives an email notification and an entry is made in their Dashboard to-do list.
Via an Interview
When creating recruiting interviews, you can select both the participating employees and the appropriate evaluation form, which can be found under Evaluation. The participants will receive a request to submit their evaluation forms at the time of the interview, similar to point 2.
If any fields in a questionnaire do not apply to a candidate, they can be left out of the evaluation.
Viewing the Results
The individual evaluations are summarized and displayed chronologically in the candidate overview. You can also find them aggregated on the Evaluations tab. You can view the average rating and the number of positive, neutral and negative evaluations in the Summary.
Below this, the evaluations are grouped according to the evaluation form used. By clicking on the individual evaluation steps, you can view the summary and rating, as well as your employees' key takeaways. You can see the detailed answers given on the evaluation form by clicking on See full evaluation.
